Jody brings over 30 years of experience in business operations management, accounting, and financial planning to Van Mol Restoration. A small business visionary with experience in the building sector, she works side-by-side with founder Derek Van Mol, helping him to realize his entrepreneurial dream and laying the foundation that has established VMR as a premier boutique design build firm.

Originally from Arizona, Jody relocated to the Nashville area over 21 years ago and is proud to make it her home. She is also a talented musician with a personal flair for decor and design.
